I asked myself these questions a number of years ago, eager to find the answers. I sensed they were within me. It turns out I was right - they were. But to get them I needed to slow down and allow my 'self' to catch up to me. I needed to turn doubt on itself, and use fear as my navigator. And I needed to make space and time for my self, so I could really listen to the wisdom of my inner voice.
I'm not sure what answers you are seeking, you may not even know yourself. Maybe life is asking you to make some big decisions or choices.
